Lane closures and detours for TPA exit road at night
3/22/2010 - Tampa Airport Interchanges -- SR 60 (completed March 2010)
TAMPA -- There will be lane closures on southbound George Bean Parkway (outbound road from Tampa International Airport) between 8:30 p.m. and 5 a.m. Monday through Friday (March 22 - 26) nights. There may also be total ramp closures from 12:30 a.m. to 4:30 a.m. Tuesday through Saturday (March 23 - 27) mornings.
Traffic will be routed to eastbound Spruce Street, then u-turn at the O'Brien Street intersection and enter westbound State Road 60 / northbound Memorial Highway. For drivers going to eastbound State Road 60 or I-275, they will continue east on Spruce Street, then go south on Westshore Boulevard to northbound I-275 or Kennedy Boulevard (eastbound SR 60). To access southbound I-275, turn right on Kennedy Boulevard, continue west and use the entrance ramp by turning left across from the west side of Westshore Plaza.
